OUR GOAL?
The desire to promote organic products in Champagne is the genesis of the Bonvalet Distillery.
As part of a process to promote agricultural resources, Impatience is made from residues from the Champagne region.
This virtuous process involves sourcing the barley locally, malting it in the region, and then brewing it in the marl before being distilled.
Malty Orange
Ingredients
6cl Impatience Malt, 2cl Orange Liqueur, 20cl Classic Tonic, 2 orange dashes, 1 dried peel slice, and ice cubes
Instructions
Chill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the malt into your glass, add the orange liqueur and tonic water. Add the orange slices for the finishing touch.
Your cocktail is ready to be enjoyed.
