SHOCHU TONIC
Rice Wine Cocktail
Ingredients
4cl of Reverence Shōchū, 12cl of Lemon Hyssop Tonic, 1 grapefruit wedge, and 1 mint leaf.
Instructions
In a highball glass, pour 4cl of Shōchū.
Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes and top up with Hyssop Tonic.
Then garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a mint leaf.
Your cocktail is ready to enjoy.
Tips
Drink very cold.
