Ratafia Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

4 cl of Ratafia Rémanence, 2 cl of cherry syrup, 2 cl of Génépi liqueur (for a unique floral touch), 10 cl of classic tonic water, a sprig of fresh rosemary, and ice cubes.

Instructions

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the ratafia, cherry syrup, and Génépi liqueur. Top up with tonic water and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a subtle aroma. Tip: Serve in a stemmed glass for a beautiful presentation.
