OUR SECRET?
Organic barley grown and malted locally in the Marne region, to showcase the richness of the Champagne terroir. The whisky was aged for over 2 years in Meursault casks, before being refined for 6 months in Ratafia Champenois barrels. This unique double maturation gives the spirit remarkable elegance and complexity.
The result?
A whisky with rich and elegant flavors: mahogany color with bronze highlights, vanilla and licorice nose, spicy, cocoa-flavored palate, with a beautiful roundness. Enjoy between 10°C and 20°C to reveal all its aromatic richness.
WHISKY SUNRISE
Ingredients
6 cl Influence Whisky, 12 cl orange juice, 4 cl lemon juice, 3 cl grenadine syrup, a few orange segments, a cherry, and ice cubes
Instructions
Pour Influence into a glass followed by a large ice cube, top up with the orange and lemon juice. Add the grenadine syrup, a few orange segments, and a cherry for the finishing touch. Your cocktail is ready to be enjoyed.
