Renowned for their natural sweetness and aromatic richness, they offer a subtle balance of sweetness, freshness, and a touch of acidity.
Picked at perfect ripeness, they reveal a juicy, melting texture, with the delightful sensation of biting into a sun-drenched fruit.
Their aromatic profile develops notes of fresh fruit, sometimes slightly candied, which attest to the quality of the terroir and the care taken in their cultivation.
OUR SECRET RECIPE?
Renowned for their exceptional sweetness and aromatic quality, our Crozes-Hermitage apricots are selected at peak ripeness.
The apricots are then slowly macerated in a Champagne wine brandy at a controlled temperature. This gentle extraction reveals the generous pulp, the delicately candied notes, and that delightful sensation
of biting into a ripe and juicy apricot.
The entire blend is distilled in a column still to preserve the purity and aromatic intensity of the fruit. A low, perfectly controlled sugar dosage, using the MCR (Minimum Concentration Rectifier) traditionally used for Champagne dosage, enhances the balance.
It brings roundness and elegance while preserving the freshness and
authentic expression of the apricot.

SUMMER BLUSH
Ingredients
2 cl of Abricot Confidence, 3 cl of Gin Inflorescence,
2 cl of orange juice and a dash of strawberry syrup.
Instructions
Pour Confidence into a shaker filled with ice, top with Inflorescence, add the syrup.
Then add the orange juice. Shake well and pour into your glass.
Your cocktail is ready to be enjoyed.
