The Champagne region
The Champagne region embodies the essence of champagne and draws its magic from its chalk hills sublimating the aromas of the grapes.
The terroir is not only limited to champagne, it is also home to exceptional products such as our Inflorescence Gin and Hyssope tonics.
Carefully crafted in this region, Inflorescence is an organic Gin made from the residue of Champagne grapes and enhanced by a blend of carefully selected aromatics and spices. The secret recipe of Inflorescence reveals herbaceous, delicately fruity notes and a touch of bitterness characteristic of Gins.
Gin Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
6cl of Gin Inflorescence, 12cl of Tonic Citrus, 2cl of cane sugar syrup, 2cl of lemon juice, lime slices.
Instructions
Mix the gin, lemon juice, cane sugar syrup and ice cubes in a shaker. Pour into a glass and top with Hyssop Citrus Tonic and add a few slices of lime and the spices.
